Marquette Wolf first began working for The Law Firm of Ted B. Lyon & Associates while attending the Southern Methodist University School of Law.  He has obtained large verdicts and settlements since his entry to the bar in 1996.

Areas of practice

Marquette has handled a multitude of arbitration cases in commercial and consumer matters. He played an instrumental role investigating, researching, gathering evidence, and trying Smalley v. Koch, a landmark case against Koch Industries where a judgment of more than $372,000,000.00 was obtained.

A member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Marquette is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®.  His accomplishments have been detailed in local newspapers, the Texas Lawyer, Lawyers USA and the National Law Journal.  He is listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™. 

In 2008, Marquette was awarded the John Howie Award by the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association for the "Courageous Pursuit of Justice in the Face of Adversity."

Education

Marquette received his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996.  He graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in 1992.

Marquette was admitted to practice law in Texas, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1996.  He was subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas in 2003.
