Auto, premises, products liability, professional malpractice, fires and civil rights (lead trial attorney for Dallas School District federal civil rights litigation.)
• Brown, Chandler and Townend, Garland, 1985-2004. Partner in personal injury trial firm representing Plaintiffs seriously injured or killed in a variety of accidents, including those involving railroads , automobiles and trucks, airplanes, construction ,electrocution, burns, farm accidents, medical/legal malpractice, product liability, premises and employment. Also represented numerous physicians in disputes with hospitals.
